The group that came in for the white bass ended up just finding themselves a nice spot close to the campground and they did pretty well. The leader of the group said he hit 30 during the 8 hours he spent out there. They were just throwing back what they caught but they all had a blast. Hopefully they will be coming up next year!

This weekend is looking pretty good too. i got a group of guys coming up to stay in one of our mobile homes. There is a father/son fishing trip coming up to head over to Fremont and get in on the white bass run. The forecast right now is calling for a 30% chance of rain on Friday but I am hoping that will pass us by and we can have clear sky's all weekend.

On another note I was able to get out yesterday for a few hours. I just did some bank fishing on the Sandusky river but I managed to catch about 7 catfish. Unfortunately they were all about 4 inches long. Now that I think about it, it may just have been the same fish 7 times. Oh well, I was just glad to be out there!

Well, I get the updated Lake Erie Fishing Report tomorrow so hopefully I will have some good news to post!

Loads of Walleye

I got some great pics from Steve H and his group who stayed with us last weekend.
